Email message sharing: Collaboration without boundaries

Whether you're an agency working with external clients, a freelancer juggling multiple accounts, or part of a company with separate Flexmail accounts per department, this update is for you. Share your email designs with anyone who has a Flexmail account - no organizational hierarchy required.

How it works

Creating and sharing templates is refreshingly simple:

1. Open any email created in our drag & drop email builder
2. Click the "Share" button to generate a unique, secure link
3. Share the link however you prefer: email, Slack, carrier pigeon (okay, maybe not)
4. Recipients click the link, preview your design, name it, and import it to their account with one click
5. They customize it with their own content, branding, and subscriber data

Security by design: Every share link expires after 7 days and is uniquely generated. Your original email stays safely untouched in your account.

Smart content filtering

Here's where it gets clever. When someone imports your template, our system automatically removes account-specific elements that wouldn't work in their environment:

• Dynamic content settings
• Internal links to forms, surveys, or landing pages specific to your account
• Contact field data

What they do get is the complete design framework, layout, images, and styling—everything they need to create beautiful emails aligned with your design vision, customized with their own content.

Getting started

1. Open an email in the Email builder
2. Look for the "Save and share" button in the interface (underneath the "Save" button)
3. Generate your unique share link
4. Share it with your recipient
5. They'll preview, import, and start customizing within minutes
