Whether you contact our support by telephone or by email makes no difference, because your questions will end up with the same people in our office. Support by telephone is offered for Pro and Premium subscribers, but if you contact us by email you will be helped as soon as possible too.
We do not support the addition of attachments, as with larger volumes the functionality will become considerably more spam-sensitive. If you do want to link to specific information, you can load these documents to our server and create a link to them from your email. This immediately shows who was interested in your attachment by clicking through (you can find this info in your report).
You could also collect this information on a landing page in the same layout as that of your email. This increases recognisability and trust, and it allows you to add some extra links to other information.
We added this type of field after the introduction of the GDPR. Having obtained permission is the major reason for being allowed to process data under the GDPR. Stating the source is an obligation for every import.
If anyone asks how you obtained his or her data, you can consult the Source field. If somebody completes an opt-in form, we will add it to your sources immediately.
